6-Week Course for Moms

Breathe & Rewire: Mom Edition

A practical, neuroscience-informed 6-week program for moms who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or reactive—even when life looks “fine.” You’ll learn body-first regulation tools, simple mindset shifts that actually work under stress, and repeatable routines to reduce chronic nervous system load and create calmer connection at home.



What moms learn


  • Why you feel snappy or depleted (chronic nervous system load + mental/emotional labor)
  • 3 fast reset tools you can do in 30–90 seconds (even in the chaos)
  • How to catch your activation early (body cues + “green/yellow/red” state tracking)
  • Trigger + reactivity skills to stop the snap cycle and recover faster
  • Boundary scripts that lower resentment and lighten the mental load (without guilt)
  • Repair + reconnection tools after hard moments (so you don’t spiral in shame)
  • A personal Calm Protocol for mornings, after-school, and bedtime—so calm becomes your new default

6-Week Course for Kids (approx ages 6–11)

Breathe & Shine

A playful, skill-based 6-week program that teaches children how to calm their body, understand big feelings, and build confidence using breath, brain-based tools, and simple daily practice.


What kids learn

  • How their “alarm brain” works (in kid language)
  • 3 fast calm-down tools they can do anywhere
  • Emotional naming + body cues (how feelings show up in the body)
  • Impulse control skills (pause, choose, try again)
  • Confidence tools for worries, anger, and frustration
  • Repair skills: how to reconnect after a hard moment

6-Week Course for Teens (approx ages 12–18)

Wired to Chill

A teen-friendly 6-week course that helps teens manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm with brain-based regulation tools, breathwork, and real-life strategies for school, friendships, and performance pressure.

  • How stress affects focus, mood, and motivation
  • Breath tools that reduce panic/overwhelm quickly
  • Nervous system “state tracking” (what I need based on my state)
  • Skills for social stress, conflict, and overthinking
  • Performance tools for tests, sports, auditions, presentations
  • Repair + boundaries: how to communicate needs without drama
